A family member wants to live a healthier lifestyle but doesn’t know how to start. They’re considering diet changes and exercise but feel overwhelmed. What advice would you give them?
“It’s great that you want to make healthier choices! My advice would be to start with small, achievable goals, like drinking more water or walking for 15 minutes each day. Small changes are easier to stick with and can make a big difference over time. Another idea is to find a type of exercise you genuinely enjoy, whether it’s dancing, biking, or yoga. This will make it feel less like a chore and more like a fun activity. Remember, small steps add up, so be patient with yourself. Good luck!”
