Part 1: Introduction & Interview (4–5 minutes)

The examiner will introduce themselves and ask you to do the same. Then, they will ask general questions about familiar topics.

Personal Questions

1. Can you tell me your full name?

Topic-Based Questions (Example Topics)

Part 2: Long Turn (Cue Card) (3–4 minutes)

The examiner will give you a task card (cue card) with a topic. You have 1 minute to prepare and 2 minutes to speak.

Example Cue Card:

Describe a place you visited that left a strong impression on you.
You should say:

• Where it was
• When you visited it
• What you did there
• Why it left a strong impression on you

Follow-up question:

• Would you like to visit this place again? Why or why not?

Part 3: Discussion (4–5 minutes)

This part is a deeper discussion related to the Part 2 topic. The examiner will ask more abstract and opinion-based questions.

3. What impact does tourism have on local cultures and traditions?
4. Do you think tourism should be limited to protect the environment?
